Overview:
Agile was born in software, but its habits help any team doing knowledge work. This session shows how marketing, operations, HR, nonprofit, and cross-functional teams adopt agile ways of working - without the software jargon. Attendees learn to translate the concepts, design a board that fits their actual work, and run lightweight ceremonies that add value rather than meetings.
