Overview:

The capstone. Modern delivery blends agile habits, solid project fundamentals, and AI assistance - and they reinforce one another. This forward-looking session shows how to use AI to speed up backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reporting while keeping human judgment and team collaboration at the center. A practical look at the PM role as it’s evolving, and how to stay ahead of it.

Why you should Attend:

  • An integrated, modern way of working
  • A personal adoption roadmap for agile + AI
  • Principles for keeping human judgment central

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • How the three fit together - agile, predictive PM, and AI as complements, not competitors
  • AI across the agile cycle - backlog, planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Keeping teams human - where AI accelerates and where it must step back
  • A maturity path - adopting agile habits and AI together without overwhelming a team
  • The future of the role - where project management is heading and how to prepare

Who Will Benefit:

  • Project Managers and Team Leads who want the big picture and a roadmap. Ideal as a series finale or a standalone keynote
