Overview:
Peak performance conversations tend to focus on cognitive and behavioral strategies while overlooking the physiological substrate underneath all of them. This session introduces the autonomic nervous system as a hidden performance variable - one that determines your access to focus, decision quality, creativity, and stamina moment to moment. Participants learn to read their own nervous system signals as actionable performance data, and to use targeted regulation practices to access peak states more reliably, rather than leaving performance to chance.
Why you should Attend:
High performers are taught to optimize everything - schedules, habits, mindset - while ignoring the single system that determines whether any of those optimizations actually land: the autonomic nervous system. If you don't know how to read what your body is signaling, you're leaving your biggest performance lever untouched.
