Overview
A hands-on deep dive into the AI tasks that save project managers the most time. Building on the basics, this working session focuses on doing: writing prompts that produce usable project artifacts, generating and refining plans and work breakdowns, turning rough notes into status reports and stakeholder updates, and brainstorming risks and mitigations. Jim is a project management educator and trainer focused on helping people apply modern PM practices - including agile and emerging AI tools - to real work.
