Colleen Wilson Mizuki is a trainer, facilitator, life & performance coach, and author specializing in stress physiology, nervous system regulation, and resilience for sustained performance and well-being in high-pressure environments. She has delivered training and coaching for 20+ years to high-stakes, high-demand, and safety-critical sectors (including military, fire fighter, government agency, and rail sector) to help them understand the biology behind stress and burnout and to sustain high performance and well-being even under pressure.
She is certified by the International Coach Federation, as well as in HeartMath®, Somatic Experiencing®, Cultural Intelligence®, and Social + Emotional Intelligence. She served as Director of Training for the Mindfulness-Based Mind Fitness Training (MMFT) program, developed for military and high-stress professionals. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. in French, Chinese, and Economics, and has trained military personnel, diplomats, first responders, and Fortune 500 leaders over her career.
